We are looking for a result-oriented Manager Sales & Operations to drive revenue growth, manage the sales team, build robust client relationships, and ensure smooth business operations.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Generate and convert B2B leads through outbound sales, networking, referrals and digital channels.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including proposals, negotiations and closures.
- Lead, motivate and monitor the sales team and their performance.
- Ensure timely project delivery and effective workflow management.
- Strong knowledge of B2B Sales, Business Development and Digital Marketing.
- Understanding of SEO, SMO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Development, WhatsApp API, Bulk SMS/RCS, Branding and Lead Generation.
