Job Responsibilities:

- Receive, check, and maintain incoming materials, products, and supplies.
- Maintain proper records of stock received, issued, and available.
- Ensure accurate entry of stock details in Excel/software/system.
- Issue materials/products to the concerned departments as per authorized requirements.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.
- Maintain proper arrangement, labeling, and storage of all materials.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about low-stock or shortage items.
- Ensure proper handling and safe storage of materials to avoid damage or loss.
- Maintain records of inward and outward stock, transfers, returns, and damaged items.
- Coordinate with purchase, accounts, sales, and other departments regarding stock requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the store area.




- Follow company policies and procedures related to inventory and stock management.
- Ensure all stock-related documents and records are properly maintained.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of inventory and stock management.
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
- Valuable record-keeping and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage physical stock efficiently.
- Honest, responsible, and organized approach to work.

Qualification & Experience:

- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate.
- 1–3 years of experience in store keeping, inventory, warehouse, or stock management preferred.
- Candidates with relevant experience in retail, jewellery, hypermarket, or FMCG will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
