We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive who will be the first point of contact for our customers and help create a smooth, personalised shopping experience.
The ideal candidate should be confident, well-spoken, organised and genuinely interested in fashion. You will handle customer queries, follow-ups, order-related communication and coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, Instagram, calls and other communication channels
- Assist customers with product details, sizing, availability, orders and delivery-related queries
- Follow up with customers regarding pending orders, payments, exchanges and other requirements
- Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, logistics and production teams for order updates
- Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards quick resolution
- Maintain customer records and follow-up status
- Follow up on leads and potential customers to improve conversions
- Assist customers with product recommendations and styling suggestions when required
- Collect customer feedback and share recurring issues with the team
- Ensure a positive and personalised customer experience
- Support the team during pop-ups, exhibitions and offline events when required
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Comfortable speaking to customers over phone and WhatsApp
- Basic knowledge of Instagram and social media
- Good follow-up and coordination skills
- Comfortable using Google Sheets/Excel and basic computer applications
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and ability to handle customers patiently
- Interest in fashion, styling and contemporary trends is a plus
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply
