We’re looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic, and creative Content & Video Editor who doesn’t just want to make videos—but wants to understand why some videos get 500 views while others get 500,000.

If you love experimenting, thinking outside the box, understanding social media algorithms, and seeing your work generate impressions, engagement, reach, and virality, this role is for you.

We want someone who is willing to crack the algorithm, continuously learn, experiment with current formats, and build their skills beyond traditional video editing.

What You'll Do

- Create engaging, high-quality videos for social media and digital platforms.
- Edit short-form and long-form content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Experiment with hooks, storytelling, pacing, captions, transitions, thumbnails, and formats to improve performance.
- Analyze content performance and understand what drives views, retention, engagement, and shares.
- Stay updated with changing social media algorithms and emerging content trends.
- Turn raw footage, ideas, and concepts into enterprise-grade content.
- Continuously experiment and learn rather than simply following a fixed editing template.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop content that supports brand awareness and business growth.

What We're Looking For

- Hands-on experience with professional video editing, preferably for enterprise, corporate, B2B, or professional brands.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Experience with DaVinci Resolve is a plus.




- Good understanding of social media content and platform algorithms.
- Strong creative thinking and the ability to think outside the box.
- Passion for video, storytelling, content creation, and digital media.
- Willingness to test ideas, learn from performance data, and improve continuously.
- Someone who is self-driven and doesn't need to be told what to create every day.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your editing and creative abilities.

The Mindset We're Looking For

We aren't looking for someone who says:

"Tell me what video to edit."

We are looking for someone who says:

"Let's try this hook. Let's test this format. Let's see if we can get this video to go viral."

Your success in this role won't only be measured by how good your videos look.

It will also be measured by how well they perform.

Compensation

- First 3 months: ₹10,000/month
- After successful completion of 3 months: ₹16,000/month
- Permanent Work From Home
- Full-time opportunity with scope to grow with the company.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
