Healthy Tiffin is a growing, health-focused meal company based in California, USA. We prepare fresh, homestyle meals with thoughtfully sourced ingredients, combining traditional food wisdom with modern nutrition. As we expand, we are looking for a resourceful Sourcing Executive in Delhi to build and manage our supplier network in India.

About the Role

You will identify reliable suppliers, evaluate products, negotiate pricing, and coordinate purchases across food ingredients and pantry products. We need someone who enjoys being on the ground—visiting markets, meeting manufacturers, checking samples, and following through until orders arrive correctly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Source food ingredients, including spices, millets, grains, pulses, specialty Indian products, and organic ingredients.
- Identify manufacturers, producers, wholesalers, and distributors across Delhi/NCR and other sourcing locations in India.
- Obtain samples and compare suppliers on quality, consistency, pricing, minimum order quantities, and delivery timelines.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and supply arrangements while maintaining quality standards.
- Verify product specifications, shelf life, packaging suitability, and supporting supplier documentation.
- Maintain an organized supplier database, quotation comparisons, product specifications, and purchase records.
- Coordinate purchase orders, quality checks, dispatches, and shipment documentation with suppliers and logistics partners.
- Work closely with our US team to understand requirements, resolve discrepancies, and track deliveries.




- Develop backup suppliers and identify opportunities to reduce costs without compromising quality.

What We’re Looking For

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in food and beverage sourcing, hospitality procurement, food manufacturing, food retail, or exports.
- Strong knowledge of Indian food ingredients and supplier markets.
- Proven negotiation skills and the ability to build dependable vendor relationships.
- A hands-on approach to supplier visits, sample evaluation, and purchase follow-up.
- Strong attention to detail and confidence using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good written and spoken English and Hindi.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with an international team.
- Willingness to travel for supplier visits when required.

Preferred Experience

- An existing network of food manufacturers, ingredient suppliers, or packaging vendors.
- Experience sourcing organic, natural, or specialty food products.
- Familiarity with export orders and coordinating shipments to the United States.
- A degree or diploma in supply chain, hospitality, food technology, business, or a related field.
