- Hands-on Windows 10/11 desktop/laptop support
- Hardware troubleshooting – desktop, laptop, printer, scanner, peripherals
- Desktop/Laptop installation, configuration and troubleshooting
- Software installation, patching and troubleshooting
- Active Directory – user/account, password and access-related support
- Basic TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting
- Troubleshooting Outlook, MS Office, Teams and other enterprise applications
- Asset management and inventory tracking

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month

Education:

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

- Desktop support: 1 year (Required)

Work Location: In person
