Health Communication & Operations Executive

We are looking for one motivated graduate to join Swalife Biotech and support our growing activities across consultancy, scientific communication, BioPress publications and Swalife Foundation programmes.

Pune | Full-time | Office Based
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply
What will you work on?

- Client and enquiry follow-up
- Health and scientific communication
- Email and WhatsApp communication
- Lead and customer database management
- Promotion of consultancy services, publications, courses and programmes
- Basic literature searching and research support
- AI-assisted content and report preparation
- Social media and promotional content
- Conference, competition and publication coordination
- Tracking leads, payments, deadlines and deliverables

Who should apply?

Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology,



Life Sciences, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences or related healthcare/science fields
Freshers or up to 1 year of experience
Good written and spoken English
Comfortable with AI and digital tools
Strong communication and organisational skills
Willing to learn client communication, research and business operations
Available to work full time from our Pune office
