About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Investor Relations qualified with 2–5 years of experience, preferably from the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry, to manage communication and relationships with investors, analysts, and other financial stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage communication and relationships with investors, analysts, shareholders, and financial institutions.
- Prepare investor presentations, earnings updates, corporate presentations, and management discussion materials.
- Track and analyze company performance, industry trends, competitors, and market developments within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Coordinate with Finance, Business, and Senior Management teams to gather relevant financial and business information.
- Support investor/analyst meetings, conference calls, earnings calls, and investor events.
- Monitor investor feedback and prepare reports/updates for senior management.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication of financial results, business updates, and corporate developments.




- Maintain databases and records of investors, analysts, meetings, and investor-related activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Investor Relations, preferably within the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, business performance, and capital markets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work closely with senior management and handle confidential information.
- Candidates with exposure to BSE/NSE disclosures, investor communications, and regulatory requirements will be preferred.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
