About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, responsible and result-oriented Accounts Manager to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, receivables/payables and statutory compliance. Robust knowledge of freight-forwarding accounting, airline payments, reconciliations, GST/TDS and financial MIS is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage daily accounting, AR/AP, invoicing and collections.

· Maintain books of accounts and bank, customer & vendor reconciliations.

· Prepare MIS, ageing reports and financial statements.

· Ensure timely GST, TDS and statutory compliance.

· Verify freight, CHA, airline, shipping line and vendor invoices.

· Monitor customer credit limits and outstanding payments.





· Manage IATA CASS reconciliation and timely airline payments.

· Monitor airline credit limits and settlements to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Desired Profile:

· Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance or Accounting

· Proficiency in Tally/ERP, MS Excel, analytical ability and attention to detail.

· 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain.
