Job Summary

Zybisys is looking for an experienced L3 Specialist Engineer to join its Managed Cloud Services team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, Network Security, Hybrid Infrastructure, Identity & Access, Observability, Storage, and Infrastructure Automation.

This is a senior SME role responsible for handling complex L3 escalations, designing and validating infrastructure solutions, performing root-cause analysis, and driving permanent technical resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle complex L3 technical escalations and provide permanent solutions.
- Design and manage multi-region Azure and hybrid datacenter environments.
- Work with Palo Alto NGFW, Panorama, Zscaler ZIA/ZPA, Azure Firewall and WAF.
- Design Azure networking using Hub-and-Spoke, Virtual WAN, ExpressRoute, VPN and Peering.
- Manage Azure Load Balancer, Application Gateway, Front Door, Traffic Manager and API Management.
- Manage enterprise identity and privileged access using Azure AD/ADFS, Conditional Access, PIM and CyberArk PAM.
- Build and manage observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Current Relic, Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
- Manage NetApp ONTAP and Azure Storage environments.
- Develop infrastructure automation using Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Python and Bash.
- Prepare architecture documentation, LLDs, ADRs and RCA reports.
- Mentor L2 engineers and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- 5–8 years of overall IT/Infrastructure experience.




- Minimum 5 years in Cloud Infrastructure, Network Security or Platform Specialization.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and hybrid infrastructure.
- Strong expertise in Palo Alto NGFW / Panorama.
- Strong experience with Zscaler ZIA / ZPA.
- Good knowledge of Azure networking, security and traffic management.
- Experience with Azure AD/ADFS, CyberArk PAM and privileged access management.
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, APM tools, Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
- Experience with Terraform and/or Ansible.
- Scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Python and/or Bash.
- Strong troubleshooting, RCA and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work as a technical SME and collaborate with engineering and operations teams.

Preferred Certifications

AZ-305, AZ-500, AZ-104, PCNSE, Zscaler ZCCP, SC-300, CyberArk, Grafana, Dynatrace/AppDynamics, Terraform Associate, Ansible or ITIL certifications are preferred.
