We are looking for a proactive, organized, and adaptable Technical Project Manager to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will act as the key operational bridge between our cross-functional business, sales, and technology teams.

Because our global leadership and stakeholders operate across US time zones, this role requires flexibility to work during US business hours / night shifts to drive real-time coordination, host sprint ceremonies, and manage daily project rollouts.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Agile Facilitation:

- Lead daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives using Agile/Scrum methodologies during designated shift hours.
- Translate business requirements and field sales feedback into actionable user stories, engineering tasks, and sprint deliverables.
- Maintain and track project timelines.

US Stakeholder & Time Zone Coordination:

- Work closely with US-based leadership, product managers, and account leads during US operational hours.
- Facilitate live meeting coordination, hand-offs, and rapid resolution of project roadblocks between US and India teams.

Documentation, Note-Taking & Communication:

- Take clear, detailed meeting notes during cross-functional syncs and convert them into organized action items.
- Prepare and deliver concise presentations, status reports, and slide decks for executive leadership.

Salesforce & Technical Operations:





- Coordinate with developers and business analysts to streamline Salesforce CRM workflows, custom integrations, and data reporting.
- Help test, document, and roll out internal tools or field software updates.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Schedule Requirement: Flexibility to work in US Time Zones / US Shift Hours (Standard US Eastern / Central / Pacific overlap).
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Technical Program Coordinator, or Associate Product Manager in a software or startup environment.
- Methodology: Strong understanding and hands-on application of Agile/Scrum framework.
- Salesforce Familiarity: Prior exposure to or basic operational understanding of Salesforce CRM workflows, objects, or integrations.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and spoken English skills; comfortable creating clean presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides) and leading live syncs with US stakeholders.
- Startup Mindset: Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a rapid-moving environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.

Nice to Haves (Bonus)

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMP certification.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
