hird Rock Realty is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our sales team. The role involves generating leads, connecting with prospective customers, understanding their property requirements, arranging site visits, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate current leads through calling, references, digital leads, and other sources.
- Connect with potential customers and understand their property requirements and budget.
- Explain property/project details, pricing, payment plans, and other offerings to clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
- Schedule and coordinate property/site visits for interested clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
- Negotiate with customers and work towards achieving sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.




- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Stay updated on current projects, market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing.

Key Skills Required:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM and WhatsApp communication.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Real estate sales experience will be an added advantage.
