Role Summary

We are looking for a self-driven, energetic, and customer-focused Floater Associate Dentist who is comfortable working across multiple Toothsi centres.

The role involves clinical consultations, dental procedures, aligner-related activities, centre-level responsibilities, Brand Camps, and travelling across centres within the city based on business requirements.

As a Floater Dentist, the candidate will provide clinical coverage at different Toothsi centres and participate in Toothsi Brand Camps conducted at various locations to drive customer awareness, consultations, and lead generation.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Responsibilities

- Perform dental scans and teeth alignment consultations.
- Provide complete solutions related to aligners, oral hygiene products, and teeth whitening.
- Perform minor dental procedures such as:
- Scaling
- Fillings
- OPG
- Other basic dental procedures as required
- Assist orthodontists with aligner procedures.
- Learn and execute aligner delivery procedures.
- Handle emergency and individual patient appointments whenever required.
- Ensure proper patient counselling and explain treatment procedures clearly.
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow clinical protocols.

Brand Camp Responsibilities





The Floater Associate Dentist will also be required to participate in Toothsi Brand Camps conducted at different locations.

Responsibilities include:

- Conduct dental consultations and basic oral health assessments during Brand Camps.
- Interact with customers and understand their dental concerns.
- Explain Toothsi's aligner, teeth whitening, and oral care solutions.
- Conduct dental scans wherever applicable.
- Educate customers about available treatment options.
- Generate quality leads and convert consultations into centre appointments.
- Support customer engagement and brand awareness activities.
- Participate in camps conducted at corporates, residential societies, gyms, events, colleges, and other relevant locations.
- Coordinate with the marketing and retail teams for smooth execution of Brand Camps.
- Maintain records of consultations, leads, appointments, and conversions.

Camp Requirement: Approximately 4–10 Brand Camps per month, depending on business requirements and the campaign calendar.

Store & Customer Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day operations of the assigned Toothsi centre.
- Ensure smooth handling of patient cases and consultations.
- Handle patient queries, concerns, and escalations confidently.
- Support achievement of centre-level business objectives.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the patient's journey.
- Coordinate with the sales and clinic teams for smooth case conversion and execution.





Floater Responsibilities

- Work across multiple Toothsi centres within the city as per business requirements.
- Provide clinical coverage when another dentist is on leave or weekly off.
- Support centres experiencing higher patient footfall or increased business requirements.
- Travel between centres and Brand Camp locations as required.
- Be flexible to work at different locations based on operational requirements.
- Adapt quickly to different centre teams, patient volumes, and operational requirements.

Example: If a dentist at another Toothsi centre is on leave or weekly off, the Floater Dentist may be assigned to that centre to manage consultations, procedures, and day-to-day clinical requirements.

Candidate Profile

- BDS qualification.
- Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced and agile retail healthcare environment.
- Willingness to travel across multiple centres and Brand Camp locations within the city.
- Comfortable participating in 4–10 Brand Camps per month.
- Quick learner with strong grasping ability.
- Energetic, confident, and comfortable handling patient cases and escalations.
- Strong communication and consultation skills.
- Customer-focused with a sales-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with different centre teams.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing centre and business requirements.

Working Details

Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week
Week Off: Rotational – No weekend off; week off can be taken on any weekday except Saturday & Sunday
