Key Responsibilites -

- Order Entry & Management: Receive, review, and input sales orders accurately into ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or CRM systems.
- Issue Resolution: Handle order discrepancies, delays, cancellations, and customer returns promptly.
- Documentation & Invoicing: Generate invoices, delivery notes, and shipping manifests while maintaining secure digital records .

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
