ASCO Motors is a growing automobile dealership group operating across multiple locations and premium automotive brands. We are looking for an experienced Accounts Head / Finance Manager to lead our accounting, finance, taxation and MIS functions.

Key Responsibilities

Overall responsibility for accounts and finance operations

Supervise day-to-day accounting, billing, receipts, payments and bank reconciliation

Manage Tally / accounting software, DMS and MIS

Prepare monthly P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and management reports

GST, TDS, income tax and other statutory compliance

Coordinate with auditors, banks, OEMs and financial institutions

Monitor receivables, payables, outstanding payments and working capital

Manage inventory accounting and reconciliation





Verify purchase invoices, sales invoices, expenses and ledger entries

Ensure timely monthly closing and financial reporting

Identify accounting discrepancies and implement corrective actions

Monitor dealership profitability, margins and expenses

Coordinate with management for budgeting, financial planning and cost control

Lead and supervise the accounts team across locations

Ensure solid internal controls and prevent financial irregularities

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
