- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff and daily activities.
- Assign rooms and duties to room attendants and other housekeeping employees.
- Inspect guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas for cleanliness.
- Ensure rooms are cleaned and prepared according to hotel standards.
- Check linen, towels, cleaning chemicals, amenities, and other supplies.
- Maintain proper inventory of housekeeping materials.
- Train new housekeeping employees and guide staff on proper procedures.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, punctuality, and performance.
- Handle guest requests and housekeeping-related complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the Front Office regarding room status, check-ins, check-outs, and VIP rooms.




- Coordinate with Maintenance/Engineering for repairs and maintenance issues.
- Ensure proper handling of lost and found items.
- Follow and enforce health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Prepare daily reports and communicate significant issues to the Housekeeping Manager.
- Ensure cleaning equipment is used properly and kept in good condition.
- Monitor room turnaround during busy periods and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain discipline and teamwork within the housekeeping department.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
