JOB DESCRIPTION – PHARMACIST

Organization: Dr. Aravind’s IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre

Position: Pharmacist

Key Responsibilities

- Dispense medicines as per prescriptions and ensure accurate dosage and instructions.
- Maintain proper stock of medicines and medical supplies.
- Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and batch details.
- Maintain pharmacy records, purchase records, and inventory documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, OT staff, and other departments regarding medication requirements.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines as per applicable guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain daily/monthly pharmacy reports.
- Monitor and maintain minimum and maximum stock levels.
- Coordinate with vendors for medicine and medical-supply requirements.




- Ensure compliance with hospital pharmacy procedures and applicable regulations.
- Handle billing and documentation related to pharmacy operations, where required.

Qualification

- D.Pharm / B.Pharm from a recognized institution.
- Valid Pharmacist Registration is required.
- Hospital/clinical pharmacy experience is preferred.

Skills Required

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of medicines and pharmacy procedures.
- Inventory management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
