- Assist customers and drive sales in a retail environment.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain product displays and store standards.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
- As a Team Lead, manage the team, monitor performance, and support daily operations.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Retail/sales experience preferred.
- Leadership experience preferred for Team Lead role.
- Presentable, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
