Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Coordinator to coordinate project activities, client requirements, application implementation, technical discussions, and project deliverables.

The role involves understanding client requirements, conducting system studies, coordinating with clients and internal technical teams, arranging meetings, supporting application demonstrations, and ensuring smooth coordination throughout the project lifecycle. Candidates with BFSI/Core Banking experience, particularly in Recovery, NPA, Legal & Litigation, will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct system study to understand the existing applications, processes, infrastructure, and client environment.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from clients.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, project teams, development teams, infrastructure teams, and other stakeholders.
- Arrange and coordinate client meetings, project discussions, review meetings, and technical sessions.
- Demonstrate application features and functionalities to clients and address their queries.
- Coordinate application implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, and production activities.
- Act as a key coordination point between the client and internal technical/project teams.
- Follow up on project activities, deliverables, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely completion.
- Understand client issues and coordinate with the relevant technical teams for resolution.
- Support UAT, DR, and Production-related activities and coordinate deployment requirements.
- Maintain project documentation, requirement documents, meeting minutes, issue trackers, and status reports.
- Provide regular project updates to clients and management.




- Coordinate application support and post-implementation activities.
- Ensure effective communication and smooth execution of project activities.
- Support client training, application walkthroughs, and knowledge-transfer sessions.

Must-Have Skills & Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in Project Coordination, Application Implementation, Technical Support, or Client Coordination.
- Strong experience in system study and requirement gathering.
- Excellent client coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into clear requirements for technical teams.
- Good experience in arranging and coordinating client meetings and project discussions.
- Strong application demonstration and presentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Should be fluent in Hindi and English.
- Willingness to work in a client-facing, on-site environment.

Good-to-Have

- Experience working with banking or financial applications.
- Understanding of UAT, DR, Production, and application deployment environments.
- Basic understanding of Linux, Oracle, networking, and application infrastructure.
- ITSM / Ticket Management experience.
- Experience coordinating software implementation projects.
- Experience in client training and application walkthroughs.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹83,000.00 per month
