Job Profile: A Purchase Accountant will the financial records, verification, and compliance related to a company's procurement, vendor transactions, and accounts payable.

Key Responsibilities

- Invoice Verification: Match supplier invoices against purchase orders (POs), goods received notes (GRNs), and delivery challans.
- Accounting Entries: Record purchase bills, expense vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes in accounting software like Tally Prime or ERP systems.
- Accounts Payable (AP): Maintain vendor ledgers, track outstanding balances, and prepare scheduled vendor payments.
- Tax Compliance: Account for GST input tax credit (ITC), reconcile purchase registers with portals (like GSTR-2B), and handle TDS deductions on purchases.
- Reconciliation & Audits: Perform periodic vendor account reconciliations and assist statutory or tax auditors with purchase documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Graduate / PG
- Experience:



6 Months to 4 years of practical accounting or accounts payable experience. Real estate experience preferred
- Technical Skills: Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and familiarity with ERP/accounting tools.
- Knowledge: Sound understanding of local GST and TDS provisions, inventory accounting, and procure-to-pay workflows.

Office days: Monday to Saturday

Office Time: 10.00am to 7.00pm

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
