- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Handle enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order follow-ups.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and demonstrations.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team.
- Coordinate with technical, production, service, and management teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and recent business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and track sales performance.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Educational Qualification:
- B TECH & MBA
- B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Electrical, or related engineering field.
- MBA in Marketing / Sales / Business Management preferred.
- Experience in industrial machinery, CNC machines, laser cutting machines, or manufacturing equipment will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
