Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage overall QC activities for the Gear Division.
- Ensure compliance with customer drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Control quality of gear manufacturing processes from incoming inspection to final inspection.
- Monitor critical gear parameters such as profile, lead, pitch, runout, tooth thickness, hardness, surface finish and dimensions.
- Manage inspection of raw materials, in-process components and finished products.
- Handle quality issues, rejection, rework, scrap and customer complaints.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, 8D and corrective/preventive actions.
- Monitor quality KPIs such as PPM, rejection %, rework %, FPY and customer complaints.
- Coordinate with Production, PPC, Maintenance, Tool Room and other departments for quality improvement.
- Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of measuring and inspection equipment.
- Develop and implement Control Plans, Inspection Standards, SOPs and Check Sheets.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
