About the Store:

We are a premier, curated multi-designer store for women located on Shakespeare Sarani (Theatre Road), Kolkata. We cater to a discerning clientele, showcasing contemporary prêt wear, luxury festive collections, and bespoke designer labels.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an articulate and polished Fashion Stylist and Retail Sales Associate to manage client engagement, provide personal styling consultations for women's designer apparel, and drive boutique sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-touch, personalized styling guidance and wardrobe curation for walk-in and VIP clients.

- Assist clients directly with fit, silhouette selection, and trial-room styling consultations across women's occasion wear and designer prêt.

- Develop strong client relationships through proactive follow-ups, collection updates, and private showcase previews.

- Maintain luxury visual merchandising standards, display setups, and mannequin styling across the boutique.





- Support daily store floor management, customer billing, and order coordination for bespoke alterations.

Required Qualifications:

- 1 to 4 years of retail sales, personal styling, or showroom experience in designer fashion or premium apparel.

- Strong aesthetic appreciation for contemporary Indian designer labels, fabrics, and current fashion trends.

- Fluent verbal communication skills in English, with conversational comfort in Hindi or Bengali.

- High qualified grooming standards, punctuality, and customer service etiquette.

Work Details:

- Location: Shakespeare Sarani (Theatre Road), Kolkata (On-site)

- Schedule: 6 days per week, standard retail hours (including weekends, with a rotational weekday off)

- Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
