We are looking for engineers with hands-on experience who can help us build internal tools, applications, automation frameworks, and AI-assisted engineering platforms that improve developer productivity and drive adoption across the organization.
The ideal candidates should be strong builders who are comfortable using modern AI tools, LLMs, and agentic workflows to accelerate development, automate repetitive engineering tasks, and create practical solutions for internal teams. We are specifically looking for engineers who can work independently, move fast, and build usable tools/frameworks rather than only execute predefined tasks.

Key areas of experience we would like to see include:

- Building internal tools, automation frameworks, developer productivity platforms, or engineering workflow automation.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, LLM-based applications,

AI agents, prompt-driven development, or AI-assisted automation.
- Strong programming skills, preferably in Python or similar modern engineering stacks.
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline creation and automation, preferably using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar systems.
- Exposure to QA automation, test automation frameworks, performance testing, trace/log analysis, reporting dashboards, and release validation workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud-native environments, APIs, Kubernetes, observability tools, and contemporary DevOps practices would be a strong plus.

We need solid software engineers with strong automation mindset, who can use AI effectively to build tools and frameworks quickly, solve ambiguous engineering productivity problems, and help drive adoption of those solutions across internal teams.
