Job Summary

IT Technical Operations Manager (Network) Job Description  Role Summary: o Lead and manage enterprise network operations, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, data center, and cloud connectivity. Drive operational excellence, incident resolution, service improvements, and team leadership while meeting business SLAs.  Key Responsibilities: o Manage 24x7 network operations and technical support teams (L1/L2/L3). o Ensure availability and performance of LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, and load balancers. o Lead Major Incident Management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Problem Management. o Drive Change Management, patching, upgrades, and maintenance activities. o Monitor network health using tools such as SolarWinds and other NMS platforms. o Collaborate with vendors, ISPs, and cross-functional teams to resolve critical issues. o Ensure SLA/KPI compliance and prepare operational reports for stakeholders. o Implement automation, process improvements, and operational best practices. o Support security, compliance,



disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives.  Required Skills: o Enterprise Networking (Cisco preferrable, Aruba, Juniper) o Routing & switching, SD-WAN, Wireless o Firewalls (Fortinet, Cisco), F5 Load Balancers o Network Monitoring (SolarWinds, DNAC) o ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management (ServiceNow) o Leadership, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination o Excellent communication o Analytical and Problems-solving Skills o Customer-focused mindset  Experience & Preferred Certifications: o 10-15+ years in Enterprise Network Operations. o 6-8+ years leading technical operations or network support teams o Experience managing global network environments and delivering SLA-driven services. o ITIL Expert certification o N+, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent.
