Hiring: Shift Incharge – Production (Robotic Assembly Line)

Location: Khed City, Pune

Experience: 5–7 Years

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Industry: Automobile Manufacturing

Joining: Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred

We are looking for an experienced Shift Incharge – Production with hands-on experience in robotic assembly line operations and robot programming, preferably in the automotive manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production activities and ensure smooth operation of robotic assembly lines.
- Handle Yaskawa robots or other industrial robots, including basic programming, teaching, troubleshooting, and cycle time optimization.
- Manage shift operations, manpower allocation, and production targets.
- Monitor robotic welding and assembly processes to ensure product quality and productivity.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and production teams to minimize downtime.
- Identify and resolve shop floor production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, 5S, Kaizen, and lean manufacturing practices.




- Monitor rejection, rework, and machine downtime, and take necessary improvement actions.
- Prepare shift-wise production reports and ensure proper handover between shifts.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Yaskawa robot programming or other industrial robot programming.
- Experience in robotic welding, automated assembly lines, or automotive production.
- Strong knowledge of production supervision and manpower handling.
- Understanding of shop floor management, quality control, and safety procedures.
- Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, lean manufacturing, and production planning.
- Positive problem-solving and team-handling skills.

Preferred Experience

- Automotive manufacturing, especially welding, automotive seating systems, BIW, and stamping operations.
- Experience handling robotic welding lines and automated production equipment.
