Job Description – Site Supervisor (Interiors / Construction)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site work, ensuring timelines, quality and design specifications are met.
- Coordinate labour, materials and equipment; resolve on-site issues.
- Conduct inspections and maintain site logs and daily progress reports.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering, Interior Design or a related field.
- Minimum 1.5 years of hands-on experience in interior fit-out or construction supervision.
- Robust knowledge of construction drawings and materials.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel across Kerala as required.
