- 4–6 years of relevant experience in factory outlet, retail, showroom, or textile/garments sales management.
- Experience in textile, garments, apparel, or fashion retail will be preferred.
- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the factory outlet.
- Drive sales and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Manage and motivate the outlet sales team to improve productivity and performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor stock availability, inventory movement, and replenishment requirements.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, production, and management teams for smooth product availability.
- Ensure proper product display, visual merchandising, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Monitor daily sales, cash collection, billing, and outlet expenses.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
- Control stock loss, damages, shortages,



and inventory discrepancies.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, discipline, safety, and overall presentation of the outlet.
- Implement company policies, procedures, and standard operating practices.
- Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
- Support promotional campaigns and special sales activities.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and statutory requirements
