Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Teacher to manage academic activities at Project Sapno Ki Udaan, with a strong focus on Mathematics and Science. The candidate will be responsible for teaching students, monitoring their progress, planning lessons, and coordinating with other teachers to ensure quality education and the holistic development of children.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons, particularly in Mathematics and Science.
- Provide academic support and individual attention to children from underserved backgrounds.
- Prepare lesson plans, conduct assessments, and monitor students' learning progress.
- Maintain student attendance, academic records, and progress reports.
- Guide and coordinate with fellow teachers on lesson planning and classroom management.




- Identify students requiring additional academic support and provide appropriate guidance.
- Contribute to students' life skills, confidence, and overall development.
- Coordinate with the team to manage daily educational activities and multiple responsibilities effectively.

Eligibility and Qualifications

- Graduation or post-graduation; a qualification in Education or Teaching is preferred.
- B.Ed. or M.Ed. preferred.
- 5–7 years of teaching experience.
- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics and Science.
- Good communication, classroom management, and student engagement skills.
- Ability to mentor teachers, work collaboratively, and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience working with children from underserved communities will be an advantage.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to children's education.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
