Job Title: Cafe Outlet Manager – F&B; Experience Mandatory

Caravan Ice Creams, a premium ice cream café brand established in 1987, is seeking an experienced Cafe Outlet Manager to lead daily operations across our outlets.

This position is suitable only for candidates who have previously managed a café, restaurant, QSR, bakery, dessert outlet, or similar F&B; outlet.

Responsibilities:

- Take complete ownership of daily café operations
- Lead, train, schedule, and manage outlet staff
- Maintain high standards of customer service and guest experience
- Ensure product quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and SOP compliance
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Manage opening and closing procedures
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and ordering requirements
- Coordinate with central kitchen and operations team
- Ensure billing accuracy, cash handling, and daily reports
- Drive outlet sales through upselling and better customer experience
- Maintain team discipline, grooming standards, and attendance

Mandatory Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years experience managing an F&B; outlet
(Cafe / Restaurant / QSR / Bakery / Dessert brand preferred)

2. Experience handling a team of minimum 5 employees

3. Knowledge of:

- POS billing systems




- Inventory control
- Food safety & hygiene standards
- Customer service operations

4. Ability to work during weekends, holidays, and peak business hours

5. Strong communication skills
(English, Malayalam & Hindi preferred)

Candidates without restaurant/café management experience will not be considered. Preferred Background:

- Cafe Manager
- Restaurant Manager
- QSR Store Manager
- Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Shift Manager in an organised F&B; brand

Compensation:

₹25,000 – ₹32,000 per month
(Based on experience and capability)
