Role
We are looking for an experienced ZSM to take ownership of sales growth across UP and Bihar and strengthen the existing sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth across UP & Bihar.
- Lead and manage RSM/ASM/MR teams.
- Improve field-force productivity and secondary sales.
- Strengthen doctor, stockist and distributor networks.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities.
- Monitor territory performance and implement corrective actions.
- Drive product launches and market expansion.
- Build a high-performance sales team.
Requirements
- 12–20 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
- 3–5+ years in ZSM/Senior RSM/Regional leadership.
- Strong experience in ethical/branded pharma.
- Proven track record of business growth.
- Strong UP/Bihar market knowledge.
- Experience managing large field teams.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Candidates with a demonstrable record of increasing sales and building teams will be strongly preferred.
Pay: ₹34,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
