Academy Operations & Growth Manager

Role Overview:

Responsible for overseeing overall academy operations, coordinating internal teams, driving student admissions, and executing marketing strategies for continuous business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day academy operations and team workflows.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand reach and student admissions.
- Oversee lead management, student inquiries, and enrollment procedures.
- Identify growth opportunities and optimize operational processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Any Degree (MBA preferred).

Experience: 1–2 Years preferred.

Solid leadership, communication, and management skills.
