Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Architect to handle architectural design and coordination for our in-house real estate projects. The role will be responsible for developing designs, preparing and reviewing drawings, coordinating with consultants and project teams, and ensuring that projects are executed as per approved designs and standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings for real estate projects.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, civil, and other consultants for project requirements.
- Review architectural drawings and ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with site and execution teams to resolve design-related issues.
- Conduct site visits and monitor execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Review material, finishes, and design details as required.
- Assist in preparing drawings and documents required for statutory approvals.
- Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams.




- Track design changes and ensure updated drawings are communicated to the concerned teams.
- Ensure timely completion of design and drawing deliverables.
- Provide design inputs and support during project planning and execution.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and project-related architectural records.

Requirements

- B.Arch. from a recognized institution.
- 7–15 years of relevant experience in real estate/residential/commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of architectural planning, construction drawings, and site execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/SketchUp/3D software will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of building materials, construction methods, and relevant regulations.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet timelines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
