We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to lead and manage our F&B; operations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: 5–6 years in Food & Beverage operations
- Previous experience with reputed F&B;/QSR brands will be preferred.
- Candidates with previous experience in similar organizations will also be considered.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, team management, customer service, and cost control.
- Proven ability to manage multiple outlet operational functions and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to monitor sales, inventory, manpower, food cost, wastage, and operational expenses.
- Experience in implementing and maintaining SOPs, hygiene, quality, and service standards.
