We are looking for an experienced Conga Business Analyst to join an international transformation programme, with a particular focus on Quote Management and associated commercial processes.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders across multiple countries and functions to understand existing quote management processes, identify business requirements and translate these into effective solutions within the Conga environment.

This is a highly business-facing position, so we are looking for someone who combines solid Conga and Quote Management knowledge with excellent commercial awareness and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the Business Analyst for Conga Quote Management and related commercial processes.
- Analyse existing quotation and pricing processes and identify opportunities for improvement and standardisation.
- Gather, challenge and document requirements from business stakeholders across multiple countries and business units.
- Translate commercial requirements into functional requirements for the Conga solution.
- Work closely with business, functional and technical teams throughout solution design and implementation.
- Understand the wider Quote-to-Cash / Lead-to-Cash process and how Quote Management integrates with surrounding systems and processes.
- Facilitate workshops with senior business stakeholders.
- Support process design, testing, UAT and business readiness activities.
- Ensure solutions meet both local business requirements and wider global process standards.
- Act as a bridge between commercial teams and technical/implementation teams.
- Challenge requirements where appropriate and help the business identify the most effective solution rather than simply documenting existing processes.

Essential Experience

- Strong experience working as a Business Analyst with Conga.




- Demonstrable experience specifically within Quote Management / Quoting processes.
- Strong understanding of commercial processes, including areas such as:
- Quotation
- Pricing
- Discounts
- Approvals
- Product and service configuration
- Contracting
- Quote-to-Cash processes
- Excellent business acumen and the ability to understand the commercial implications behind business requirements.
- Experience working in large, international organisations with stakeholders across multiple countries.
- Strong requirements gathering and business process analysis experience.
- Able to communicate effectively with both senior business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Comfortable challenging stakeholders and proposing alternative approaches where appropriate.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Able to work effectively within European time zones.

Highly Desirable

- Previous experience within the pharmaceutical, life sciences or healthcare industry.
- Experience working within complex global pricing and quotation environments.
- Experience with large-scale business transformation or Conga implementation programmes.
- Broader understanding of CPQ, CLM and Quote-to-Cash processes.

Candidate Profile

We are particularly interested in candidates who are business-oriented rather than purely technical.

The ideal candidate understands not only how Conga works, but also why the business operates its quote management processes in a particular way. They should be able to engage with commercial stakeholders, understand pricing and quotation requirements, challenge existing processes and translate those requirements into practical solutions.

Experience working within a multinational organisation is mandatory, while previous pharmaceutical industry experience would be a significant advantage.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
