We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage our company's billing process. The ideal candidate will handle the issuing of invoices, maintaining customer records, updating accounts receivable, and ensuring accuracy in all financial documentation. The goal is to guarantee that our revenue is accurately tracked and collected on time.Key Responsibilities

- Invoice Generation: Prepare, review, and issue high-volume invoices to clients and customers accurately based on contracts, services, or products sold.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure all billing data—including prices, taxes (GST/VAT), and client details—is correct before sending.
- System Maintenance: Utilize [Insert ERP/Software Name, e.g., Tally Prime/SAP/JDE] to generate, store, and manage electronic records of all invoices and receipts.
- Accounts Receivable: Track and record payments received, updating the accounts receivable database promptly.
- Follow-ups: Monitor outstanding balances and send reminders to clients regarding delayed payments.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
