Infrastructure Development & Maintenance:

- Plan and supervise new construction, renovation, and maintenance projects.

- Ensure structural safety and quality of buildings, roads, and utilities.

- Conduct site inspections and prepare reports on structural integrity.

Project Management:

- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and tender documents.

- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and government authorities.

Facility Management:

- Oversee water supply, drainage, and sewage systems on campus.

- Ensure proper maintenance of hostels, classrooms, laboratories, and auditoriums.

- Implement energy-effective and sustainable construction practices.

Safety & Compliance:

- Ensure adherence to building codes, fire safety regulations, and environmental norms.

- Conduct periodic audits and maintenance checks.

- Implement risk management strategies for structural safety.

Documentation & Reporting:

- Maintain records of all construction and maintenance activities.

- Prepare technical reports and present updates to management.

- Suggest improvements for campus infrastructure development.
