*Job Summary*

Clinic Dermatech is looking for an experienced Sales Counselor to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales and client counselling, preferably within the beauty, wellness, aesthetics, or dermatology industry.

*Key Responsibilities*

- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable treatments and services.
- Handle client inquiries and convert leads into appointments and sales.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients.
- Build robust relationships with clients and provide a positive customer experience.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain client records and follow up regularly.
- Coordinate with the clinic team for smooth client visits.

*Requirements*





- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or counselling.
- Experience in the beauty, wellness, aesthetics, dermatology, skin/hair clinic, or related industry preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable services.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in aesthetic clinics, dermatology clinics, skin/hair clinics, salons, or wellness centers will be an advantage.
