Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Operations Telecaller to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a call center, telecalling, customer support, or operations-related role and should be comfortable handling calls and coordinating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Coordinate with employees, candidates, and internal teams over calls.
- Follow up on pending requirements and provide timely updates.
- Maintain and update call-related records and reports.
- Resolve basic queries and escalate issues when required.
- Ensure proper coordination and follow-up for day-to-day operational activities.
- Maintain accurate information in Excel or internal systems.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Call Center / Telecalling / Customer Support / Operations role.
- Valuable communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Should be willing to work from the Thane office.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
