Job Description
Lead the mechanicaldesignandintegration of underwater electro?mechanical systems.Develop pressure?resistanthousings,seals,andgaskets for underwater environments.Create and review 3DCADmodels,2Ddrawings,GAlayouts,andassemblydocumentation.Design for waterproofing,corrosionresistance,andthermalmanagement.Collaboratewithoptics,electronics,andmaterialsteamstoensuresystemintegrity.Support prototypebuilds,testing,andvalidation in pressure chambers and underwater trials.Ensure compliance with MIL?STDandIP68/IP69Kstandards for underwater applications.Coordinatewithvendorsforprecisionmachining,sealingcomponents,andspecializedmaterials.Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth.Preferred IfExperience in designing underwater connectors, housings, or propulsion systems.Knowledge of marine standards and defense requirements.Ability to deliver in rapid?track development environments.Strong team spirit and leadership qualities.
