We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Admission Counselor to guide prospective students and working professionals through the admission process for online and distance learning programs offered by our partner universities.
The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, understanding students' educational and career requirements, recommending suitable programs, and supporting them through the admission journey.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through various channels.
* Counsel students and working professionals regarding suitable online and distance learning programs.
* Understand the candidate's educational background, career goals, and requirements.
* Explain course details, university information, eligibility criteria, fees, duration, and admission process.
* Recommend suitable programs based on the candidate's requirements.
* Follow up with prospective students through calls and WhatsApp.
* Build strong relationships with prospective students and provide timely assistance throughout the admission process.
* Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments/admissions.
* Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.
* Maintain accurate and updated lead information in the CRM/LSQ system.
* Track leads from initial enquiry through follow-up and final admission.
* Coordinate with the admissions and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
* Maintain strong knowledge of partner universities and their programs.
* Ensure professional and effective communication with students at all stages of the admission journey.
