About the role:

We are looking for a compassionate, creative, and experienced Mother Teacher to nurture and teach young learners. In this role, you will create a safe, warm, and engaging classroom environment where children feel encouraged to learn, play, and grow socially and emotionally.

Key responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver age-appropriate, play-based activities to foster early literacy, numeracy, and motor skills.
- Manage daily classroom routines while maintaining a hygienic, secure, and nurturing atmosphere.
- Monitor each child’s social, emotional, and cognitive development, addressing individual learning needs.
- Foster positive habits, discipline, and emotional well-being through patience and positive reinforcement.
- Maintain regular, transparent communication with parents regarding student progress, behaviour, and milestones.
- Collaborate with school staff and management for curriculum planning, school events, and parent-teacher meetings.





Required qualifications & skills:

- Education: Graduate in any discipline; NTT (Nursery Teacher Training), ECCE, or D.El.Ed/B.Ed preferred.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Mother Teacher, Nursery Teacher, or Pre-Primary Educator.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
- Core traits: Warm, patient, highly empathetic, and energetic when handling young children.
