We are looking for an experienced Assistant F&B; Manager with 6–12 years of experience in the Food & Beverage department of a 5-star hotel.
Responsibilities
- Assist the F&B; Manager in managing daily F&B; operations.
- Supervise restaurants, banquets, room service and other F&B; outlets.
- Manage and guide F&B; service staff.
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams.
- Handle guest requirements and resolve complaints professionally.
- Monitor service standards and hygiene procedures.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance and daily operational requirements.
- Conduct staff training and briefings.
- Monitor food and beverage costs and control wastage.
- Assist with inventory and stock management.
- Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs and safety standards.
- Support the F&B; Manager in achieving operational and guest satisfaction targets.
Requirements
- 6–12 years of relevant F&B; experience.
- 5-star hotel experience is mandatory.
- Hotel Management degree/diploma preferred.
- Good knowledge of F&B; operations and service standards.
- Strong team management and communication skills.
- Ability to handle a quick-paced hotel environment.
- Candidates currently based in Mumbai or willing to relocate to Mumbai can apply.
