About the Role

Manii Corporation is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage HR operations across its multiple showrooms in Trichy, including Palpannai, Kamaraj Nagar, Thillai Nagar and KK Nagar.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in retail / showroom HR operations, recruitment, employee management, attendance, payroll coordination and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations across all Trichy outlets.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for showroom, sales, operations and support staff.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, agencies and local recruitment channels.
- Conduct interviews, selection and employee onboarding.
- Manage attendance, leave, weekly off and shift schedules.
- Coordinate monthly payroll and verify attendance and salary inputs.
- Maintain employee records, personal files and HR documentation.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Monitor employee performance, punctuality, discipline and workplace standards.
- Coordinate employee induction, training and engagement activities.
- Prepare HR MIS, recruitment reports, attendance reports and manpower reports.
- Conduct regular HR visits and audits across all showrooms.
- Coordinate with showroom managers and management for manpower planning.
- Support employee retention and reduce absenteeism and attrition.
- Implement HR policies, SOPs and processes.

Candidate Requirements

- 6–8 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in retail, showroom, sales, building materials, tiles, ceramics or related industries preferred.




- Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Positive understanding of attendance, payroll coordination and labour compliance.
- Strong communication and employee-handling skills.
- Good leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS / MS Office / MS Excel.
- Ability to independently manage HR activities across multiple locations.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Trichy-based candidates preferred.
