We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic freshers to join our team as Carpool Operations / Sales Executives. The role involves customer interaction, field activities, sales, and promoting carpooling services across different locations in the city.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote carpooling services through field activities and customer interactions.
- Visit apartments, tech parks, offices, and other locations for promotional activities.
- Interact with customers and explain carpooling services and benefits.
- Generate leads and support customer acquisition and registrations.
- Make calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
- Support sales and marketing campaigns and on-ground events.
- Coordinate with the operations and sales teams for smooth execution.
- Achieve daily and monthly activity and sales targets.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team.
- Maintain basic records of leads, customer interactions, and campaign activities.
Requirements

- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Energetic, confident, and enthusiastic personality.
- Comfortable with field work and travelling within the city.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Willingness to learn sales, marketing, and operations.
