Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator / Sales Support Executive to strengthen our sales enablement, streamline operations, and drive customer satisfaction. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth execution of sales processes, reporting, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales Enablement & Target Achievement: Support sales teams in achieving monthly/quarterly targets through structured follow-ups and reporting.
- Business Reporting & Strategic Support: Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and provide insights for management decision-making.
- Customer Experience & Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for customer queries, ensuring timely resolution.
- Team Supervision & Execution Discipline: Coordinate with sales officers, monitor task completion, and maintain execution discipline.
- Marketing & Demand Generation Support: Assist in campaign execution, dealer promotions, and lead generation activities.
- Business Expansion & Channel Development: Support onboarding of new dealers/distributors and strengthen existing channels.
- Dealer Performance & Market Intelligence: Track dealer performance, gather competitor insights, and share market intelligence.
- Receivables & Financial Discipline:



Monitor outstanding payments, ensure timely collections, and maintain financial hygiene.
- Inventory & Pricing Control: Coordinate with supply chain for stock availability, pricing updates, and order accuracy.
- Order Fulfilment & Supply Coordination: Ensure smooth order processing, dispatch tracking, and supply chain coordination.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination / support / MIS reporting.
- Robust analytical and reporting skills (Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines.
- Exposure to dealer/distributor management preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
