- Collect, receive, label, and process patient samples (blood, urine, stool, swabs, etc.).
- Perform routine tests in Biochemistry, Hematology, Immunology, Microbiology, and Clinical Pathology as applicable.
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and analyzers.
- Ensure proper calibration, QC (quality control), and maintenance of equipment.
- Follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for all tests.
- Enter results accurately into the LIS (Laboratory Information System).
- Maintain proper sample storage, disposal, and biosafety measures.
- Assist in preparing reagents and maintaining inventory of lab consumables.
- Ensure compliance with NABL standards (if applicable).
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards inside the lab.
- Coordinate with phlebotomists, front office, and logistics teams for smooth sample flow.
- Report any equipment faults or QC failures to the Lab Incharge immediately.
