ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead client acquisition, manage the sales pipeline, drive revenue, and build strong B2B relationships for Vyara Amoghya Technologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and manage the sales team.
- Set and achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities.
- Handle cold calling, outreach, client meetings and presentations.
- Build relationships with founders, business owners and decision-makers.
- Pitch VAT's marketing, technology, AI, web/app and creative services.
- Manage the complete sales cycle: Lead → Meeting → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure.
- Track team performance, pipeline and conversions.
- Coach team members on sales, pitching and closing.
- Develop existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
- Coordinate with marketing and delivery teams for client onboarding.

SKILLS REQUIRED

- 3–7 years of B2B sales/business development experience.




- Team management and target ownership.
- Robust communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing ability.
- Lead generation and prospecting.
- CRM and sales pipeline management.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven and commercially focused mindset.
- Experience selling technology, digital marketing or creative services is preferred.

SALARY & BENEFITS
