Eduflair Learning Solutions hiring an experienced Study Abroad Team Lead to lead our overseas education counselling and sales team.
Requirements:
- 2–3+ years of experience in Study Abroad / Overseas Education – Mandatory
- 1+ year of Team Lead experience – Mandatory
- Sales experience in the Study Abroad sector
- Strong knowledge of Germany & Austria study-abroad processes
- Solid leadership, team-building and people-management skills
- Excellent student counselling, sales and communication skills
- Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Target-oriented with the ability to drive sales, conversions and team performance
