We are looking for a hands-on SAP MDK Lead responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting mobile applications using SAP Mobile Development Kit (MDK) on SAP BTP.

The role combines hands-on technical development with solution architecture, technical leadership, developer mentoring, stakeholder management, and delivery governance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end development of SAP MDK mobile applications with hands-on technical contribution.
- Design scalable mobile solutions integrated with:
- SAP S/4HANA
- SAP ECC
- SAP BTP
- OData services
- Perform hands-on development, configuration, debugging, code reviews, and deployment activities.
- Define MDK architecture standards, reusable frameworks, and development best practices.
- Develop and consume OData and REST APIs.
- Design and implement offline-first mobile applications.
- Define and manage mobile synchronization strategies.
- Configure and manage SAP Mobile Services.
- Manage application deployments, releases, and transports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production and performance-related issues.
- Mentor development teams and enforce coding and development standards.
- Support solution design, estimation, and technical governance.
- Participate in SIT, UAT, hypercare, and production support activities.
- Collaborate with functional teams, solution architects, business stakeholders, and project managers.




- Ensure quality and delivery standards are maintained throughout the application lifecycle.

- Hands-on experience with SAP Mobile Development Kit (MDK).
- Solid knowledge of SAP Mobile Services.
- Experience integrating SAP mobile applications with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC.
- Strong understanding of OData Services.
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript and JSON.
- Understanding of offline-first mobile architecture.
- Knowledge of mobile security and authentication.
- Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of mobile application lifecycle management.
